Hatha YogaOn Mondays  at the Winnall Community Centre, 6.30pm - 7.45pm

Gentle Hatha Yoga that involves stretches and postures whilst keeping an awareness of the body and working with the breath. We will also work with techniques to calm the mind and body and at the end of each class there is a wonderful relaxation, something we all need!!
